Meredith Lee Freeman believes there is more to real estate than selling houses - it is also caring about people and helping people solve problems.
With expertise in home sales and property management, Meredith respects and understands the real estate industry. She is a member in excellent standing of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNR) as well as the Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors (TAR, NAR), Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). Meredith has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations, further demonstrating her in-depth knowledge of real estate. In 2017, Meredith earned her Broker license and served for several years as the Principal Broker of her office where she trained and assisted other agents with contracts and compliance.
Meredith graduated from The University of Memphis in 2002 with a major in Architecture and Architectural Technology, receiving the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (BSET) degrees. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Tennessee State University in 2008. Meredith’s appreciation of design, as well as her solid business training serves as an asset to all parties involved during the homebuying or selling process.
Meredith’s varied background gives her customers full assurance that they will make well-informed decisions. Her customers commend her for her honesty, sincerity, professionalism and excellent problem-solving abilities.
